With the aim to provide an action plan resulting in the best possible solutions for the University of Bihać, B&H Rectors' Conference and the Agency for Higher Education Development and Quality Assurance are actively included.
The above mentioned action plan includes two categories of closely related activities:
1. Development of strategic documents in accordance with European principles and good practices, which include areas of financial management, management of curriculum reform, quality assurance, teaching processes, human resources, strategic planning, positioning of students in higher education reform expressing the clear role of the general management of the University.
2. Organization of training within which policies, strategies, principles and good practice of all the elements listed in the previous paragraph will develop.
Based on that, development of training in three phases is planned in order to educate coaches, who would continue to carry out similar activities with a wider circle of interested entities, which would all result in creating a strategic plan for development of the University of Bihać.
