Very lively activity of the international profile is currently implemented at the University of Bihać.
Acting Rector of the University of Bihać, Prof. Refik Šahinović, received on February 19, 2010 in an official working visit, the delegation of representatives from the U.S. Embassy in B&H, Ms.Janet Miller, director of the Office of Culture, Education and Public Affairs and Ms.Elizabeta Delalić, Cultural and Educational Affairs Specialist .
The aim of this visit was to discuss past and ongoing cooperation between the U.S. Embassy in B&H and the University of Bihać.
It has been estimated that the above-mentioned co-operation based on the actual and quality activities can be continued, because it contains the necessary amount of energy required for successful performance of these types and forms of mutual engagement.
Also the possibilities of applying for the involvement of eminent professors from U.S. from various scientific fields in order to be put at the disposal of the University of Bihać were discussed.
It was agreed that directions of activities and potential needs of the University of Bihać for staff of certain scientific profile that would be engaged at the University of Bihać in the future period should be settled in a written correspondence.
