| GRANTING DECISION ON ELECTION OF THE HIGHEST MANAGEMENT BODIES AT THE UNIVERSITY IN BIHAĆ |

 At the fourth session of the Senate of the University of Bihać, 11 agenda items were discussed. According to the provisions of positive legislation, Decisions on announcement of competition for the selection of rector and vice-rectors of the University of Bihać were granted. At the same time, the activity regarding the implementation procedures for the constitution of Teaching-scientific council and announcement of competition for the election of deans at the level of organizational units was initiated. Adoption of Decision on announcement of competition for the selection of Board members among the teachers at the same time initiated the activity with the Government of USC to call a similar competition on their side so that the Senate could make the final decision on the constitution of the aforementioned bodies of government. Acting under the provisions of positive legislation, including the presence of a notary on a personal request of the acting Rector, Prof. Mujo Demirović was resolved of his duties. A unanimous vote of those present led to the Decision that Prof. Šahinović from the Biotechnical Faculty was elected the new acting Rector of the University of Bihać. |
