On January 12, 2010 under the chairmanship of the President, Prof. Refik Šahinović, the 3rd special session of the Senate of the University of Bihać was held and in their substantial discussions the current situation at the University of Bihać was being reflected on.
On that occasion, a unanimously adopted conclusion was made regarding the rejection of decisions, conclusions made by the Ministry of Education and the Government of USC, because of discrepancies with the Law on Higher Education and Framework Law on Higher Education in B&H and authorization of the Government of USC.
At the same time, that authority continues to further work in accordance with the existing Law on Higher Education and notary treated Statute of the University of Bihać.
