 On June 25th, 2009 at 11:00, research project result presentation will be held in the premises of the Faculty of Biotechnical Sciences (former barracks "Grmec"). The Project is entitled "QSPR model development for the anticipation of solubility, Pk and absorption of drugs and related components" and is financed by the Federal Ministry of Education and Science. Project’s partner is the Faculty of Pharmacy from Belgrade. Dr. Halid Makic, associate professor is the project leader and other participants on the project are Prof. Mirsad Veladžic and two assistants: Mejra Bektaševic and Elvisa Civic. |

 On 18 June, 2009, the representatives of the Foundation for International Legal Cooperation visited the University of Bihac, headed by Dr. Stefan Pürner, Foundation Manager.
Respected delegation was welcomed by Prof. Mujo Demirovic, the acting Rector of the University of Bihac, along with the acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Nevzet Veladžic, associate professor, who especially stressed his gratitude for the previous successful contacts and cooperation. This cooperation was especially highlighted between this Foundation and the Faculty of Law in Bihac.

 Acting Rector, Prof. Mujo Demirovic welcomed on 16 June, 2009 in the premises of the Rectorate, the Delegation of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Pecs, Hungary.
The Delegation was in a two day visit to the University of Bihac and it was headed by Prof. Norbert Pap – Deputy Director of the Institute of Political Geography and Regional Development at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Pecs. Two assistants from the above mentioned departments were also present, namely Peter Remenyi and Andor Vegh.

 Acting Rector of the University of Bihac, Prof. Mujo Demirovic sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Stjepan Mesic expressing his gratitude to the previously sent congratulations on the occasion of elections on the Rector’s post.
He also used this opportunity to invite Mr. Mesic to the University of Bihac to hold presentation for University staff and students. |
