On 23 April 2013, Head of National Tempus Office B&H Mr. Suad Muhibić visited University of Bihać, as a part of regular monitoring within the project „Developing information literacy for lifelong learning and knowledge economy in Western Balkan countries“ .  The visit was hosted by the rector, prof. dr. Refik Šahinović, and vice-rector for international relations and research, prof. dr. Ekrem Pehlić.

On 3rd April 2013, Faculty of Economics, University of Bihać and Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo signed an agreement on scientific and academic cooperation. The agreement is related to the implementation of joint master program in duration of one academic year (2013/2014).

Training on Quality Assurance in PhD and the Second Meeting of the Project Consortium were held in Palermo on March 18 – 20, 2013. The Training and meeting were led by the representatives of the University of Palermo, the Medical Faculty of the University of Heidelberg and WUS Austria, and attended by representatives of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati, Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Srpska, Agency for Higher Education Development and Quality Assurance and all 8 BiH public university partners.

In the period of 12th and 13th March 2013 University of Tirana hosted Scientific Working Group of a Tempus project „Developing information literacy for lifelong learning and knowledge economy in Western Balkan countries“.
